1. Where do you ship from?
All Kalii orders are processed through our fulfillment center and shipped directly to you. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order leaves our hands.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed in 1-3 days and delivered in 5-12 business days depending on location.
3. Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer easy returns within 14 days for unused items. Read our full return policy [here].
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to most countries. Local pricing and taxes are shown at checkout.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it moves straight into processing — fast. That means we’re usually unable to cancel it, even if you contact us right away. Please double-check your shipping info and sizing before checking out. We want your order to be perfect from the start.
6. What if I need to change my shipping address?

2. My tracking hasn’t updated — what do I do?
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. If it hasn’t moved in over 7 days, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
3. Do you work with influencers or creators?
Yes — we love connecting with bold, authentic voices who align with Kalii’s energy. If you create content, influence with purpose, or think you’d be a great fit for our world, we want to hear from you.

4. Do you restock items?
Some Kalii pieces are limited and won't return. If you missed something, join the waitlist — or sign up for alerts to be first in line next time we drop something similar.
5. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available if you want to let her choose her own power piece.
6. What if I receive a faulty item?
