Dispatch

Orders processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

During peak sales periods or public holidays, allow up to 72 hours.

Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with your unique link.

Flat rate: €7.00 (converted into your local currency at checkout).

If checkout is available for your address, we can ship to you.

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
Customs & Duties

All duties and taxes are included at checkout wherever possible. Where duties are prepaid at checkout, no further fees will be required.

In rare cases, local customs may require additional fees — these are the customer’s responsibility.

Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of by the courier.

If a parcel is refused/returned, you will receive a store credit for the item(s) minus any shipping or carrier fees incurred.
Proof of Delivery

Tracking marked “delivered” is considered final proof of delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once shipped, your parcel is under the care of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, weather, or local services.

If your parcel shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact the courier directly with your tracking number. Our team will assist where possible.
Uncollected / Unclaimed Parcels
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete address and to collect their parcel within the carrier's storage window, including from any locker or pickup point (e.g. Packstation) the carrier designates. Notifications are sent by the carrier, not by KALII.
- Where a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, uncollected, refused, or undeliverable, the order is eligible for store credit for the item value only, minus any shipping, return, or carrier fees — not a cash refund.
