KALII Returns & Exchanges

Trying a new brand should feel easy. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we keep it simple:

At a glance
Return window: 14 days from delivery
Outcome: Store credit or size exchange for change of mind/fit
If faulty/incorrect: Contact us immediately — we’ll make it right
Non-returnable: Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, beauty tools, and opened hosiery
Return shipping: For change-of-mind/fit, customer covers return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct a flat fee from your credit)

Your options
Store credit — issued for the full value of eligible items
Size exchange — once per order, where stock allows. If unavailable, you’ll receive store credit

Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, and free of perfume/makeup marks. Footwear/apparel should be returned in original packaging where applicable.

Final Sale
Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return
Email hello@kaliiboutique.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, items, and whether you’d like store credit or a size exchange. We’ll reply with your return authorization, return address, and (if you wish) a prepaid-label option.

Processing time
Once your parcel reaches our returns hub, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. You’ll be notified when your store credit or exchange is issued.
