Dispatch

  • Orders processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak sales periods or public holidays, allow up to 72 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with your unique link.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: approx. 4–12 business days for most destinations.

  • Some regions may take up to 14–16 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local carriers or customs.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: €7.00 (converted into your local currency at checkout).

  • Free shipping on orders above €100 (after discounts, before shipping).

Where We Ship

  • We ship worldwide to most major countries.

  • If checkout is available for your address, we can ship to you.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

Customs & Duties

  • All duties and taxes are included at checkout wherever possible. Where duties are prepaid at checkout, no further fees will be required.

  • In rare cases, local customs may require additional fees — these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of by the courier.

  • If a parcel is refused/returned, you will receive a store credit for the item(s) minus any shipping or carrier fees incurred.

Proof of Delivery

  • Tracking marked “delivered” is considered final proof of delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

  • Once shipped, your parcel is under the care of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, strikes, weather, or local services.

  • If your parcel shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact the courier directly with your tracking number. Our team will assist where possible.
